12 Volt, 10 Amp Switching Power Supply

Switching power supply, seperti dalam skema, dengan keluaran tegangan 12 volt,  maksimal 10 ampere. Rangkaian powe suply ini menggunakan transistor regulator dengan op-amp yang berfungsi sebagai komparator dalam rangkaian umpan balik yang sangat sederhana, berbeda dengan rangkaian switing power suply jaman sekarang yang menggunakan PWM kontrol.


Dengan mengacu pada skema, R1, R2, R3, Q2, R8, R9, C5 dan Q4 mengatur batas arus sekitar 10 amp. Seperti yang anda lihat, rancangan ini sangat mirip dengan catu daya linear, kecuali ada penambahan L1, D1 dan U1 yang berfungsi sebagai komparator. Frekuensi switching unit ini bervariasi dengan arus keluaran yang ditarik oleh beban. Ini adalah fitur undesireable, itulah sebabnya mengapa regulator PWM digunakan saat ini. Dengan regulator PWM, frekuensi switching akan menjadi konstan.  Transistor Darlington  dihubungkan secara paralel untuk ketahanan arus. Sedangkan R4 merupakan variable resistor yang dapat mengatur tegangan keluaran antara 5-15 volt.

Sirkuit yang lebih modern mungkin menggunakan satu IC switching regulator, dari National Semiconductor, Linear Teknologi, Maxim, atau lainnya. Tegangan referensi yang  dicuplik oleh D4 dapat digantikan dengan  LM4040 yang memiliki kestabilan yang sangat baik di atas suhu yang tinggi.

Unjuk Rasa Karyawan SR Mega Cernter

Karyawan SR Mega Center beramai-ramai unjukrasa ke Kantor Dinsosnakertrans Senin 19/10 kemarin.
Aksi ini akibat tidak disetujuinya tuntutan karyawan oleh manajemen SR Mega Center dalam perundingan yang bertempat di SR Mega Center Jl. Urip Sumoharjo Pekalongan.

Tiga tuntutan karyawan yakni menolak mutasi, PHK massal dan bergabung dengan manajemen baru. Menurut tuturan Tarjo sebagai ketua SPSI dalam perundingan dengan manajemen SR MC yang dimulai pukul 11.30 wib tidak menemukan kesepakatan.
"Pihak manajemen menolak tuntutan kami. Makanya kami langsung menggelar aksi unjukrasa ke Dinsosnakertrans," ucapnya saat berada di Dinsosnakertrans.
Rombongan berjalan kaki dari SR MC dipimpin Andy SF. Sesampainya didepan kantor Dinsosnakertrans ternyata telah siaga pasukan brimob dan satpol PP. Andy SF dalam orasinya mengimbau kepada karyawan supaya tidak melakukan tindakan anarkis. 

Perundingan kembali dilakukan antara pihak manajemen SR MC, perwakilan karyawan, dan Dinsosnakertrans. Namun masih juga belum didapatkan kesepakatan dalam perundingan tersebut, oleh karena itu Tarjo bersama sebagian karyawan menuju Kantor BPPT Kota Pekalongan pukul 14.00 wib. Rombongan diterima oleh ketua BPPT Sumarni MM. Sumarni menegaskan, Walikota belum mengeluarkan ijin kepada Carefour selama permasalahan karyawan SR MC belum terselesaikan.

Akhirnya pihak manajemen SR MC menyepakati tuntutan menolak mutasi dengan mengalihkan ke pesangon, namun belum dapat mengupayakan tuntutan karyawan untuk bergabung dengan Carefour.

RESISTOR

Apakah yang dimaksud dengan Repeater?
Repeater, dalam konsepnya, bukan merupakan perangkat yang rumit. Sebuah repeater adalah pengendalian secara otomatis pemancar dan penerima yang hanya menyampaikan apa yang didengar penerima secara bersamaan.

Secara umum, sistem repeater biasanya diletakkan di tempat-tempat ketinggian  (menara, gunung-gunung atau gedung-gedung tinggi) dan dilengkapi dengan antena besar dan efisien, sebuah pemancar dan penerima yang tahan lama, bekerja terus-menerus, dan dibangun untuk tahan dari berbagai macam gangguan.

Pengguna repeater akan mendapatkan cover area yang lebih luas dari peralatan radionya daripada mereka hanya berbicara dari radio ke radio. Sebagaimana seseorang dengan handy transceiver dapat berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang berkilo-kilometer jauhnya dengan baik.

Repeater banyak digunakan oleh polisi, pemadam kebakaran dan pelayanan umum, Komersial  Komunikasi,  Negara dan badan-badan Pemerintah Daerah, dan Amateur Radio. Repeater didukung oleh jaringan listrik yang ada, atau dapat menggunakan beberapa sumber daya, termasuk baterai saat catu daya listrik mati.

Simplex
Simplex adalah komunikasi point to point tanpa menggunakan sebuah repeater. Operasi simplex menggunakan frekuensi yang sama untuk menerima dan mengirimkan data.
Ada beberapa hal seperti Simplex Repeater. Peralatan ini menerima data atau suara dalam suatu frekuensi dan mulai merekamnya dalam waktu yang ditentukan biasanya berkisar antara 1 menit. Setelah aktivitas berhenti, unit akan mengulangi apa yang telah direkam.

Duplex
Penjelasan sederhana operasi full duplex adalah layaknya sebuah telepon, di mana kedua orang dapat berbicara pada waktu yang sama. Sebaliknya, sepasang HT beroperasi dalam modus half-duplex karena hanya satu orang yang dapat bicara pada satu waktu. Karena 'repeater' mendengarkan dan berbicara pada saat yang sama dalam menyampaikan pesan maka dapat dikatakan ia beroperasi dalam modus full-duplex.

Bagaimana Repeater bekerja
Pada pandangan pertama, sebuah repeater mungkin tampak rumit, tetapi jika kita perhatikan secara terpisah, tidak terlalu sulit untuk dimengerti. Repeater terdiri dari beberapa bagian yang masing-masing, ketika terhubung, membentuk suatu sistem fungsional. Berikut ini adalah diagram blok sederhana sebuah repeater:



Antena
Kebanyakan repeater hanya menggunakan satu antena. Antena berfungsi baik secara simultan mengirim dan menerima RF (Radio Frequency) sinyal yang masuk dan keluar dari repeater. Sangat efisien kalau antena yang terletak di sebuah menara tinggi atau gunung-gunung.

Feedline
Pada kebanyakan repeater, feedline tidak hanya sepotong kabel coax standar. Namun menggunakan coaxial dengan lost yang rendah.  Lost yang jauh lebih rendah daripada kabel standar, akan mendapatkan sinyal radio lebih besar dari antena ke receiver dan sinyal yang lebih lemah dapat diterima. Sekali pun persentase sinyal yang diterima hilang , Anda tidak bisa mendapatkannya kembali. Ingat, sinyal radio untuk mencapai antena repeater tidak hanya berjalan beberapa meter ke antena seperti dalam mobile rig. Mungkin ratusan meter dari menara ke antena. Berapa banyak kerugian dB akan Anda dapatkan dari 200 meter kabel, dan ingat 3dB adalah 1 / 2 dari power, 10dB adalah 90% dari power radio .


Duplexer
Perangkat ini mempunyai peran penting dalam sebuah repeater. Duplexer memisahkan dan mengisolasi sinyal yang masuk serta keluar dan sebaliknya. Meskipun input dan output repeater frekuensi yang berbeda, duplexer masih diperlukan. Mengapa? Pernahkah Anda di suatu tempat di mana ada banyak  RF, dan melihat kinerja menerima radio genggam Anda degradasi ke beberapa derajat? Ada beberapa kerugian karena duplexer, namun keuntungannya bisa menggunakan satu buah antena dan feedline saja.

Receiver
Receiver ini umumnya sangat sensitif dan selektif. Ini juga di mana CTCSS (Continuous Kode Nada Sistem Squelch) atau "PL" decoding terjadi.

Transmitter
Kebanyakan repeater memiliki pemancar terdiri dari dua bagian: sebuah 'Exciter' dan power amplifier. Exciter menciptakan tingkat rendah energi RF pada frekuensi yang tepat dan kemudian memodulasi dengan audio. Daya amplifier hanya menguatkan sehingga sinyal akan dapat berjalan lebih jauh.

Controller
Ini adalah otak dari repeater. Alat ini menangani identifikasi (melalui baik CW atau suara), mengaktifkan pemancar pada waktu yang tepat, mengendalikan autopatch, dan kadang-kadang melakukan banyak hal lainnya. Offset
Untuk mendengarkan dan mengirim pada saat yang sama, repeater menggunakan dua frekuensi yang berbeda.


Mengapa Repeater menggunakan Offset?

LIPI: Jakarta Not There Epicentrum Potential Earthquake
